WELSH SLATE SPONSORS BRO FFESTINIOG U15's RUGBY TEAM

Welsh Slate, part of the Breedon Group, is delighted to sponsor the Bro Ffestiniog Under-15s rugby team, marking an exciting milestone for the club. This is the first time in three years that Bro Ffestiniog has been able to form a team for this age group, and thanks to Welsh Slate's support, the boys now have a brand-new kit.
The squad is full of talented young players who take their rugby seriously. Over the past two seasons, they’ve reached the cup final twice—winning once—and continue to show great promise for the future.
The club, located near our Ffestiniog quarry, plays a vital role in the local community, running one senior team and six junior teams.
On behalf of the Under-15s, the team manager expressed his gratitude: “We would like to thank Breedon for sponsoring our kit this year. Your support means a lot to the players and the club.”
Welsh Slate is pleased to help keep grassroots rugby thriving in the area and looks forward to seeing the team succeed this season.
