Common Land
Welsh Slate proposes to deregister approximately 58,520m² of Mynydd Llandegai Common as Common Land. This land, illustrated by Figure 1 within the Supporting Statement, is subject to planning permission for the quarrying of slate. This exchange land is owned by the Company and lies approximately 1.1km to the north east of the Common proposed to be deregistered. This is illustrated by Figure 2 within the Supporting Statement.
