Win x2 tickets to RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2023 Competition (the “Promotion”)
Full Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2. Breedon Trading Limited (“Breedon”) (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 00156531 and whose registered office is at Pinnacle House, Breedon Quarry, Breedon on the Hill, Derby, DE73 8AP) is the promoter of the Promotion (“the Promoter”).
3. Breedon is part of the Breedon group of companies, further details of which can be found at www.breedongroup.com (“Group”). Save for the rights of each member of the Group to enforce any rights under these Terms, nothing in the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall operate to give any third party any right to enforce any of these Terms. “Breedon” is a trading name of the Breedon Group.
4. The Promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter or the Group, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
5. There is no entry fee.
6. By entering the Promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by any entrant shall void their entry and shall not be included in the Promotion. Misrepresented or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry and will not be included in the Promotion.
7. The Promotion is advertised on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
8. You can enter the Promotion from Monday 1st May 2023 closing on Wednesday 10th May 2023 at 12.00noon (“the Promotion Period”).
9. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for entries which are not received for whatever reason.
10. In order to enter the Promotion, you must during the Promotion Period:
a. like the competition post; and
b. tag a friend in the comments of the competition post; and
c. be following @breedongroup, @breedonspecialaggregates and @penrhyn_welsh_slate on Instagram or @breedongroupplc, @breedonspecialaggregates & @welshslate on Facebook
If you have completed all the entrance requirements to the satisfaction of Breedon (and complied with all the other Terms and Conditions) before the expiry of the Promotion Period, Breedon shall automatically enter you into the Promotion.
The Promoter shall have the final determination as to whether or not the entrance requirements have been met in respect of any entry to the Promotion.
11. By entering, the winner agrees to their name and photographs for any part of the entry and general location being used for publicity purposes. The winner's first name and general location shall be available by sending an email request to comms@breedongroup.com 28 days after the closing date.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion.
13. The prize is as follows: 2 General Admission tickets to the Royal Chelsea Flower Show on Saturday 27th May 2023
14. The prize(s) are non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and no compensation shall be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize(s) as stated. No cash alternative is available.
15. If for any reason, the original prize(s) are unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value.
16. All entrants must follow correctly the entrance requirements and in full in order to qualify as a valid entry.
17. All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period shall be entered into the Promotion
18. One winner will be selected at random by the Promoter after 12.00noon on 10th May 2023 (the “Draw Date”) from all valid entries received and verified by the Promoter.
19. The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the Draw Date (the “Notification”). If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 working days of the Notification, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same way.
20. The Promoter will notify the winner how to claim their prize. The prize does not include travel to collect any of the prizes and the winner must make its own arrangements to collect the relevant prizes
21. The Promotion and these terms and conditions and any disputes or questions of interpretation of the terms of the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
22. Any personal data shall be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Data will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, for marketing and publicity purposes and for no other purpose without your consent. 23. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
24. The Promoter’s decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.
25. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including (without limitation) fraud, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, tampering, or other reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control which affect the normal fairness, integrity and proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant(s) from the Promotion and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
