MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Ffiona Jones of Welsh Slate, Part of the Breedon Group, has utilised the Group’s volunteering scheme 'make a difference day' to help out in her local community near to our quarries.
Ffiona has spent her volunteering hours giving a helping hand to 'warm space' an initiative run on behalf of Betws y Coed Community Council to provide a warm safe space to the community where they can have access to hot food and drinks and even play boardgames with fellow attendees.
