Welsh Slate decorative aggregate chippings provide an attractive practical mulch for gardeners and landscapers.

Available in four colours, Plum, Blue, Grey and Green from our quarries in North Wales. Welsh Slate's decorative aggregates are suitable for domestic and commercial applications including garden footpaths, boarders and flower beds. They can also be used for weed suppression and pond linings. Quarried from our Penrhyn quarry near Bethesda in North Wales. This decorative slate is available in 2 sizes 40mm and 20mm. The stone was formed during the Cambrian period 500 million year ago, is hard wearing and colour fast.

The slate is purple in colour with some subtle variations in shade. The colour is enhanced when wet. Popular for lawn borders, raised flower bedding and decorative garden rockeries.
